How We Handle Your Information.
This policy explains what Personal Information Talent Quotient Group collects through this website, how we use and protect it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
August 25, 2026
Talent Quotient Group, LLC (“TQG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of people who visit our public website, subscribe to TQG Insights, contact us about our services, or otherwise interact with us through website-related communications.
In this Policy, “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use.
Information connected to a clear purpose.
We collect Personal Information that you choose to provide and limited information generated through normal website operation.
Information you provide
When you contact TQG, subscribe to TQG Insights, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide information such as your name, work email address, organization, role or title, subscription preferences, the topic you would like to discuss, and the message or business context you choose to share.
Where information may come from
We generally collect Personal Information directly from you, automatically through normal website operation, or from organizations and individuals with whom we have a legitimate business relationship. In connection with a potential or existing engagement, we may also receive business contact information from a client representative, colleague, referral source, or other professional contact.
Technical and operational information
Our website, hosting environment, security services, and supporting technology may automatically process information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, error logs, and similar technical data used to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website.
Unless TQG specifically requests it through an appropriate secure channel, do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, protected health information, passwords, biometric or genetic information, or confidential client data through general website forms or newsletter subscriptions.
We use information to support the interaction you requested.
Depending on the context, TQG may use Personal Information to:
- respond to questions, inquiries, or requests for information;
- schedule and prepare for business or consulting conversations;
- understand the organizational challenge or business priority you choose to share;
- send TQG Insights or related communications when you have subscribed;
- operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- prevent misuse, fraud, security incidents, or other harmful activity;
- maintain appropriate business records and comply with legal or contractual obligations; and
- protect TQG’s rights, users, systems, and business operations.
We do not use information submitted through the contact form or newsletter subscription to create third-party advertising profiles.
You control whether you remain subscribed.
If you subscribe to TQG Insights, we may send occasional articles, perspectives, or related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email. We may retain limited suppression information so we can honor an unsubscribe request.
Transactional or direct business communications related to an inquiry, requested conversation, or existing business relationship are handled separately from optional newsletter subscriptions.
Keep what is needed. Protect what is kept.
We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, the duration of a relevant business relationship, legitimate operational or recordkeeping needs, applicable legal or contractual requirements, security purposes, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
TQG uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the way it is used. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Clear ways to ask questions or exercise applicable rights.
You may contact TQG to ask about Personal Information we hold about you, request that inaccurate information be corrected, request deletion where appropriate, or ask questions about how information is used or disclosed.
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to TQG, you may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or certain uses or disclosures of Personal Information. TQG will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. Some information may be retained when permitted or required by law.
To make a privacy request, email info@talentquotientgroup.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Professional audiences, external sites, and international access.
Children
The TQG website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 through the public website.
External websites and services
The website may contain links to third-party websites, research, tools, or services. TQG does not control their privacy, security, content, availability, or information practices. Review the privacy information provided by those third parties when you interact with them.
International access
TQG operates from the United States. If you access the website from another country, Personal Information you provide may be processed in the United States or in locations where our service providers operate. Applicable privacy and data-protection laws may differ by jurisdiction.
Website data and client-directed work are not the same thing.
For Personal Information collected directly by TQG through this website, newsletter subscriptions, and pre-engagement communications, TQG determines how that information is used as described in this Policy.
When TQG processes Personal Information on behalf of a client in connection with consulting services, assessments, diagnostics, surveys, interviews, or other client-directed work, the client may determine the purposes for which that information is processed. Those activities may be governed by the applicable statement of work, confidentiality agreement, data-processing terms, participant notice, or other engagement-specific requirements rather than this website Privacy Policy.
This website Privacy Policy does not, by itself, authorize TQG to reuse identifiable client engagement data for unrelated benchmarking, product development, or AI/model training. Any use of client engagement data for de-identified research, benchmarking, methodology development, or AI/model improvement would be addressed through the applicable client agreement and law rather than assumed from use of this website.
We will keep this policy aligned with how the website operates.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, technology, legal requirements, or information practices change. The “Last Updated” date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
