Terms for Using This Website.
These Terms govern access to and use of the Talent Quotient Group public website, its articles, figures, resources, and other website content.
August 25, 2026
This website is operated by Talent Quotient Group, LLC (“TQG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a North Carolina limited liability company. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
These Terms apply to the public website and website content. A signed client agreement, statement of work, license, subscription agreement, or other written contract may contain different or additional terms for TQG services, tools, assessments, diagnostics, or deliverables. If those terms conflict with these website Terms, the applicable written agreement controls for that engagement.
These terms govern the public website.
You may use the website only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for ensuring that your use is authorized by that organization.
The website may evolve over time. TQG may add, remove, revise, suspend, or discontinue website content or features without guaranteeing continued availability of any particular page, article, resource, or function.
Use the content for legitimate informational purposes.
Unless a page or resource states otherwise, you may view, download, or print reasonable portions of public website content for your own informational, educational, or internal business use, provided you do not remove copyright notices, attribution, or other proprietary markings.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, modify, create commercial derivative works from, or systematically extract TQG content except as permitted by law or authorized in writing by TQG.
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, bypass security controls, impersonate another person or organization, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Protecting TQG intellectual property.
Unless otherwise indicated, TQG-created website content—including written material, TQG Insights, figures, diagrams, graphics, design elements, methodologies, frameworks, diagnostic structures, assessment architecture, tools, software, source code, and downloadable resources—is owned by or licensed to TQG and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws.
Talent Quotient Group, TQG, the TQG logo, Measure. Align. Transform., and other names, marks, or design elements used to identify TQG’s services are TQG brand identifiers and may be protected as trademarks or service marks to the extent provided by law. No statement on this website should be read as a claim that a mark is federally registered unless it is expressly identified as registered.
Except as permitted by law or authorized in writing by TQG, you may not use the Talent Quotient Group name, TQG name, TQG logo, Measure. Align. Transform. tagline, or other TQG brand identifiers in a manner that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or source identification.
TQG reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
Third-party research, frameworks, trademarks, publications, data, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not transfer ownership to TQG or imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
Automated access does not grant reuse rights.
Except for ordinary search-engine indexing, accessibility technology, and automated access expressly permitted by TQG, you may not use bots, crawlers, scripts, scraping tools, or other automated means to bulk-download, harvest, systematically extract, copy, or reproduce website content.
Without TQG’s prior written permission, you may not use TQG-created website content to train or fine-tune artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, build commercial datasets or embeddings, create competing assessments or consulting products, or generate commercial derivative works that substitute for or reproduce substantial portions of TQG’s proprietary content.
Nothing in this section restricts uses that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable rights of quotation, commentary, criticism, research, or other uses permitted by law.
Public content is not individualized professional advice.
The website contains general informational and educational material concerning organizational effectiveness, talent, leadership, organizational design, performance, employee experience, workforce intelligence, and related business topics. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to the facts, circumstances, risks, objectives, and legal obligations of a particular organization.
Viewing the website, subscribing to TQG Insights, submitting a contact form, scheduling a conversation, or exchanging preliminary communications with TQG does not by itself create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, employment, legal, or other professional relationship. A consulting relationship is created only through an applicable written agreement authorized by TQG and the client.
Examples and frameworks do not guarantee results.
Organizational outcomes depend on context, implementation, leadership decisions, workforce conditions, available evidence, and many factors outside TQG’s control. Examples, research summaries, frameworks, case illustrations, diagnostic concepts, or descriptions of potential outcomes do not guarantee that any organization will achieve the same or similar results.
You are responsible for evaluating website information in light of your own circumstances and for obtaining appropriate professional advice where needed before making consequential business, employment, financial, legal, or other decisions.
Reference does not automatically mean endorsement.
The website may link to or reference third-party research, publications, websites, tools, products, services, or organizations. Those resources are provided for context, attribution, convenience, or further reading. TQG does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, or accuracy.
References to third-party names, trademarks, research, or products are for identification and informational purposes and do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and public website content are provided “as is” and “as available.” TQG does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, free of harmful third-party interference, or suitable for every purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TQG disclaims warranties applicable to the public website, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TQG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public website or its content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Contractual commitments concerning paid TQG services are governed by the applicable client or service agreement rather than this website provision.
Privacy practices are addressed separately.
TQG’s collection and use of Personal Information through the public website are described in our Privacy Policy. Optional email subscriptions can be discontinued using the unsubscribe method provided in those communications.
Information about TQG’s approach to digital accessibility and how to request assistance is available in our Accessibility Statement.
Submitting information through the website does not grant TQG ownership of your confidential business information. Do not submit highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential client information through general public forms unless TQG has provided an appropriate secure method for doing so.
Clear terms should remain workable as the site evolves.
TQG may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Where applicable law requires additional notice or affirmative consent to a material change, TQG will provide it. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version.
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to applicable law, disputes concerning these website Terms may be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in North Carolina.
