Accessibility Is Part of How We Build.
Talent Quotient Group is committed to improving access to our website and digital content for people with disabilities and for people using a wide range of technologies and interaction methods.

TQG wants people to be able to access, navigate, understand, and interact with our public website regardless of disability, assistive technology, input method, browser, or device.
Accessibility is not a one-time certification. Our website and content continue to evolve, so we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of design, development, publishing, and quality assurance.
Access should be designed into the experience.
TQG is committed to making its public website and digital content accessible and inclusive. We work to identify and reduce barriers that can make it harder for people with disabilities to perceive, navigate, understand, or interact with our content.
Our efforts are ongoing. When we identify a barrier in content or functionality under our control, we aim to address it in a reasonable and timely manner based on impact, complexity, and available remediation options.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our design target.
TQG uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the target for the public website where reasonably applicable. These guidelines address areas such as keyboard access, focus visibility, text alternatives, semantic structure, color contrast, responsive presentation, forms, and predictable interaction.
Because the website changes over time and may include third-party components, we do not represent that every page, document, embedded service, or interaction will conform perfectly at every moment. Our goal is continuous improvement and practical removal of barriers.
Accessibility is addressed across design, content, and development.
Depending on the page and content type, TQG’s accessibility practices may include:
- semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and meaningful page structure;
- keyboard-operable navigation and interactive controls;
- visible focus states and logical interaction order;
- text alternatives or contextual descriptions for meaningful images;
- color and contrast choices intended to preserve readability;
- responsive layouts that support zoom and different viewport sizes;
- clear form labels, instructions, validation, and status messaging where supported;
- attention to motion, hover-only interactions, and other patterns that can create barriers; and
- periodic accessibility review as site components and content are updated.
Some information may need an accessible alternative.
TQG publishes figures, diagrams, charts, reports, articles, and other visual material that may communicate complex organizational concepts. We work to make these materials understandable, but some visual or downloadable content may present accessibility challenges depending on the format and assistive technology being used.
For TQG Insights, the HTML web article is the primary accessible publication. Print or PDF output may not preserve every accessibility semantic available in the web version.
If content under TQG’s control is not accessible to you, contact us and tell us what you are trying to access. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information in an alternative format or through another accessible method.
Not every component is fully controlled by TQG.
The website may use third-party platforms, forms, email tools, embedded services, linked resources, or other technology that TQG does not fully control. Accessibility of those third-party services may depend on the provider.
If a third-party component creates a barrier to completing an action with TQG, contact us. When reasonably possible, we will offer another way to obtain the information, communicate with us, or complete the relevant task.
Tell us when something is getting in the way.
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of the TQG website and requests for accessible versions of content under our control. You do not need to disclose a disability to request assistance.
When helpful, include the page or resource you were trying to use, the barrier you encountered, and the format or outcome you need. You may also tell us the browser, device, or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable doing so.
